Storm Tank Emptying
Applied Logic Systems wrote and commissioned the
software to control the sequential emptying of storm
tanks at six sewage treatment works. The number of
storm tanks at each site varied between two and six.
The system at each site was controlled by an Allen
Bradley SLC500 PLC.
Waste Water
Treatment
Applied Logic Systems wrote and commissioned the
software, for an Allen Bradley SLC500 PLC, to
control the treatment of contaminated water
(leachate) at a landfill site. Leachate was pumped
from sumps around the landfill area into lagoons.
Chemicals were dosed into the lagoons populated with
de-toxifing bacteria. Aerators in each lagoon
oxygenated the leachate. |
